Intentional Parenting Exercise

In light of my recent intentional parenting convictions, I have decided to begin an exercise. A friend decided to refocus on what is important and become more engaged in her child's life and chose to use this tool: Ten Days of Intentional Parenting. Sounds like something I can use! And now I'll share it with you, in case you're interested. This 10 Day Series was actually posted in April, but you can begin it at any time. Just follow the posts and print out the journal pages each day. Each day includes taking time to examine yourself and a challenge to do with your kids. Each are fairly simple and take just a few minutes of dedicated time, with the goal of becoming a more intentional mother.

By the way, Rachel, who wrote Ten Days of Intentional Parenting, writes daily on her blog, Finding Joy. Her blog is a HUGE encouragement to me 'to embrace, to live, joyfully and fully'. Check it out!

  2. Yay, Becky! Let me know how it goes if you decide to do the challenge. I'm loving it so far - I think I might make the journal pages into a little book/binder to keep. Hope you are encouraged, too! :) Love you, friend!
