After spending MANY hours yesterday dealing with Verizon, we were finally able to replace this:
(Blake's broken cell phone, which was truly an amazing cell phone)
with this:
(Heather's new cell phone!)
Blake was SUPER great and allowed me to have the new phone, while he took my 'old' phone that's still working. Mine is actually in like-new condition, because I treat my cell phones as if they MUST last forever. So, I think he still made out by getting my 'old' phone. ;) My 'old' phone was just a little too technical for me, which you can see here:

So far, I'm very please with our 'trade' and look forward to figuring out this new phone. Oh, and my favorite part is that it's 'Flamingo Red'! Woohoo!
