We spent most of last week in California scurrying around to the many different wedding festivities for my sister and her new husband. We drove out a day early so that we (Blake, Evie and I) could spend some 'relaxing' time at the beach before everything became crazy. It was beautiful the entire time we were in California and made for a nice vacation. I only have pictures from our trip to Laguna Beach because being Matron of Honor for my sister left absolutely no chance to take any pictures of the wedding fun. I'm 'borrowing' some pictures from people who did have a chance to take some pictures and I'll just post a few of our beach photos, too.

Evie LOVED the ocean this time... she DID NOT want to leave. ;) She even got to see a couple of dolphins swim up to the beach!
Wedding Festivities
Wednesday evening was the Couple Shower that the best man, Michael Martinez, and I threw for Kristin and Jason. We ate dinner at Pizzaioli and then headed to Michael's parent's home for games and cake.

Thursday was filled with decorating the church, girl and guy time (instead of bachelorette and bachelor parties), and Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner.
Friday was the Wedding Day! We spent the morning getting ready and dressed for pictures that afternoon and then the wedding was at 7 p.m. that evening. Kristin and Jason were out the door and in their limo by 9:45 p.m. They are currently Honeymooning in Seattle.
As mentioned before, I was the Matron of Honor, Blake was a Groomsman, and Evie was the Flower Girl. :) We had a great time celebrating and supporting Kristin and Jason as they made this commitment to each other. I'll try to post more pictures of the wedding as soon as people share some with me. ;)
