A Jesus Church

Last night, during our Saturday evening church gathering, Phil Wickham led our music for worship. Our church switches between several different worship leaders/bands every Saturday and Sunday and sometimes we have worship leaders come from other churches. Needless to say, our music worship times are amazing. I love how the Lord is using our church within the city of Portland, reaching the homeless, those trapped in the sex slave trafficking, and many more. Our teaching pastor, John Mark Comer, is extremely gifted by God and we head to church every week with anticipation of great Truth to be spoken (if you get the chance, you can watch/listen to his podcasts online on our church's website). The Holy Spirit is very evidently moving through this group of believers. I'm thankful the Lord has led us to be a part of Solid Rock - A Jesus Church.
