A couple of weeks ago, Garrett (Uncle Jake) and Charissa got engaged! Last night was Uncle Jake and Charissa's Engagement Party. We all met at Native New Yorker to eat dinner. While there, Uncle Jake and Charissa had something special to ask Evie and Jackson...

Jackson was asked to be Uncle Jake and Charissa's sign bearer, leading the way. He said yes, of course! :)

Evie was asked to be a flower girl. She is SO excited!

And Evie and Jackson made a new friend, Julia, the maid of honor. In fact, Julia asked Jackson to be her date for the wedding! :)

We are excited for Garrett and Charissa! Their wedding will be February 1st, 2014 and we will have fun preparing in the next several months. :)
