On the Road Again

Blake and I took Evie to Phoenix to stay with Blake's parents for the next week while we drive up to check out Portland, Oregon. We will be leaving at 3:00 a.m. tomorrow morning, as soon as Blake gets off work. We'll drive until we reach Oregon tomorrow, then finish up the rest of the drive Sunday morning. Blake has his interview with Multnomah University on Monday, which I'll be included in. We'll also check out the seminary, housing and Portland area while we're there Monday and part of Tuesday. We'll leave Tuesday afternoon and drive the entire twenty hours back to Flagstaff. The goal is to be back early Wednesday afternoon (Blake has to work at 10:00 p.m. that night and he'll need as many hours as possible to sleep.).

I am so excited to get up there and see everything and to be one step closer to finding out if this is where we should be. We'll find out within a week to two weeks whether or not Blake has got accepted.

The morning (all-day) sickness began a couple of days ago. I'm not looking forward to being in the car for so many hours while feeling nauseous. I'm hoping that I'll be able to sleep a good portion of it and hopefully the crackers will get me by for the next few days.
